Based on recipes from the old world, these elixirs blend the sweetness of fruit with the kick of apple cider vinegar.

Ingredients: Lime, sugar, apple cider vinegar.

Lime shrub syrup packaged in a 250ml glass bottle - approx 8 serve

Sparkling lime:

Add 1 part The Curious Cabinet Lime Shrub Syrup to 5 parts soda water, adjust to taste. Serve with ice and a sprig of mint. Add some gin for a great alternative to a Gin and Tonic, or white rum & lots of mint for a twist on a Mojito.

Margarita:

60ml Tequila or Mezcal
30ml The Curious Cabinet Lime Shrub Syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass, rimmed with The Curious Cabinet Lime Dust
