Shipping Methods

We currently offer the following shipping methods:

  1. Auspost Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered through Australia Post. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  2. Auspost Express Shipping: This option ensures faster delivery of your order. The estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days, except in rural Australia.

  3. Geelong Region Delivery: We offer delivery around The Geelong Region most Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that delivery days may vary occasionally. This option is suitable for customers located in The Geelong Region who prefer a direct delivery service.

  4. Local Pick Up - Free pick up is available from our warehouse in Newtown Geelong 3220 VIC. Once you have placed your order, one of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order, the shipping destination, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, after you have entered your shipping address and selected the desired shipping method.

Order Processing Time

Once your order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed, our team will begin processing your order. The typical order processing time is 1-2 business days. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time includes both the order processing time and the shipping time. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, please note that actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or logistical issues. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your shipment.

Here is an estimated delivery time frame based on the shipping method selected:

  • Auspost Standard Shipping: 3 - 10 business days

  • Auspost Express Shipping: 1 - 4 business days

  • Geelong Region Delivery: Delivery most Tuesdays and Fridays (occasional variations in delivery days)

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can also track your order by visiting the "Order Tracking" section on our website and entering your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that there may be certain restrictions on shipping certain products to certain locations due to legal or logistical reasons. If your order cannot be shipped to your desired location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
